1. Eligibility Criteria
- The Techno Quiz is open to students aged at least 16 years.
- Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration.
2. Registration & Fee
- Registrations are considered successful only after payment is received by the system.
- No special requests will be entertained for manual registrations or exceptions.
- Any wrong or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of registration or test without a refund.
- Registrations with incomplete details are subject to rejection, and no claims from franchises or candidates will be entertained.
- Once registered, details cannot be modified.
3. Examination Guidelines
- The exam will be conducted at the designated exam centre.
- Candidates must arrive 14 minutes before their slot time.
- A government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.) is mandatory for entry.
- Candidates must log in within 15 minutes of their slot time to avoid deductions.
- Late login policies:
- After 15 minutes: Time will be deducted from Section 1.
- After 45 minutes: Only Section 2 will be available.
- The exam ends at the scheduled slot time, regardless of login time.
4. Exam Structure
- The exam consists of two sections:
- Aptitude Test (35 mins, 40 questions) – Includes numerical aptitude, logical reasoning, and spatial reasoning.
- Career Suitability Test (15 mins, 38 questions) – Suggests suitable careers based on responses.
- Career suggestions are based on candidate input only and are not influenced by any bias.
5. Exam Conduct
- Changing tabs/screens during Section 1 is strictly prohibited.
- After two warnings, the test will automatically exit, and responses will be submitted.
- Candidates exited from Section 1 due to tab switching will still be able to attempt Section 2.
- Section 2 does not have tab-switching restrictions, but candidates are discouraged from doing so.
- The prescribed examination system and duration cannot be challenged by any means.
6. Result & Scholarship
- Results will be available on the student’s dashboard on the announced date.
- Scholarships are only applicable to CADDESK/IT Desk courses.
- Awards, scholarships, and rankings are non-transferable. CADDESK Head Office holds the final decision on all matters related to awards.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of the quiz and will not be shared with third parties.
- The examination process is monitored for fairness, and any malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
8. Disqualification & Penalties
- Any form of cheating, impersonation, or violation of rules will result in cancellation of results and ban from future participation.
- The decision of the organizers is final in all matters.
9. Rights & Event Modifications
- All rights are reserved by Parshi Training and Technical Services Private Limited (PTTS Pvt. Ltd.).
- PTTS Pvt. Ltd. has the complete right to amend, suspend, or postpone the event, test, or franchise centre with prior notice.
10. General Terms
- By registering, candidates agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- No claims or disputes will be entertained regarding exam structure, ranking, scholarships, or registration.
